Custom filter manufacturing requires the diameter, length, cut shape, wire diameter, aperture, support plate, welding method and operating environment to be defined together. A physical sample or dimensioned photograph can support preliminary review when no drawing is available.
Circular, square, rectangular, strip, cylindrical, basket and cartridge components may be cut, formed, spot welded, framed or assembled according to material and production feasibility.
For projects requiring sample approval, critical dimensions and visual criteria are confirmed before serial production. Quantity, tolerance, packaging and delivery expectations are included in the quotation scope.
