Stainless steel mesh filter manufacturing covers more than raw wire mesh supply. Aperture, wire diameter, material grade, final geometry, edge treatment and support structure are defined according to the filtration and mechanical requirements of the application.
Mesh can be converted into discs, squares, rectangles, strips, cylinders, baskets and cartridges. Spot welding, framing and perforated support can be included when the product requires additional rigidity or assembly features.
Samples, drawings and target quantities allow the manufacturing route, tolerance, packaging and inspection criteria to be reviewed before serial production.
